Advocate Health Care is investing
$1 billion to expand access to primary care, specialty care and wellness services on the South Side of Chicago.

This is one of the largest, long-term, community-focused health care investments in the nation. This investment is aimed at closing the 30-year life expectancy gap between individuals who reside on the South Side and those residing on the North Side.

This event will bring together community partners, elected officials, Advocate leaders and supporters who have helped co-create a plan to transform health and wellness on the South Side.
