Debt Management Monitor (DMM)

Your card will not be charged until 0800 7 days prior to the first day of class if attending in Chesapeake, VA. 

For all other locations, your card will be charged 10 days prior to the class. Cancellations will need to be done prior to 0800 of the day cards are charged. 

No refunds will be given unless the class cannot continue due to extreme circumstances related to weather, power outages, etc. CACI assumes no responsibility for the performance of the Defense Travel System (DTS) or the Enterprise Web Training System (EWTS). In the rare case that DTS or EWTS is non-functional, the full curriculum will be delivered using off-line instructional materials. 

If paying now for a class in the future, the cost of this training course is non-refundable, but is exchangeable within 6 months of the original purchase.  In the event the attendee no-shows for the training course, the purchase card holder will be notified via email and phone call.  The purchase card holder will be granted an opportunity to transfer the registration to another course, subject to availability within 6 months of the original purchase.

CACI reserves the right to cancel a course due to lack of participation. The course can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the first day of instruction. An email notification will be sent to both the purchase card holder and attendee at the time of cancellation.
