Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations must be made through the conference registration site. Once attendees have completed registration and payment, they will be directed to the official Loews Philadelphia Hotel reservation link to book their room within the NBCSL room block. Reservations cannot be made by calling the hotel directly for this event. However, attendees with existing reservations may contact the hotel by phone to make changes to their booking.

Room Block Rates Availability

Rooms are $219.00/night (single/double) + tax and fees. Additional fees may apply. 

Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their hotel arrangements. Rooms block rates are available on a first-come first-served basis until November 14, 2026. After this deadline, reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on the availability of accommodation. NBCSL cannot guarantee rates or room availability once the conference block fills up or past the cut-off date.

Transportation

Philadelphia International Airport: 11.5 miles from the hotel. Local transportation and ride-share services available.

Amtrak Philadelphia Train Station: 1.4 miles from the hotel.
