  • Unconscious Bias

This session invites you to examine how you view yourself and others, and to explore the roots of stereotype and prejudice in our workplaces and communities. Recognizing bias is the first step to overcoming it.

Identify tasks to delegate, select appropriate individuals, assess capabilities and commitment. Plant the delegation discussion including the level of decision-making authority, amount of support and measuring and monitoring the delegation.
