All sessions are virtual, every other week and a unique session link will be sent to you before each session. Facilitated by Johnson County Community College, participants must attend 5 of the 6 sessions to receive their completion certificate.

This assessment gives an in-depth analysis of your strengths and will help you understand how each of your top five themes plays out in your life, both professionally and personally, so you can build and apply your strengths and fulfill your potential.

    Preparation and participation are the two pillars of a successful meeting. People who sit through an entire meeting without becoming involved might just as well not have come to it at all. The leader must determine the exact objectives to be accomplished. This class will cover the keys to meeting productivity, including the valuable role they play in leading it effectively.

    What someone says aloud and what someone is thinking or feeling can sometimes be very different things. As a supervisor, the success of your communication can depend on how you interpret the dimensions of human behavior and another’s body language. In this class you will learn how to listen for vocal cues, interpret a micro-expressions, and become more assured of your communication results.
