Register a Group

A group discount is available when you register five (5) or more people from the same organization at the same time for the ITC Attendee registrant type. Speakers and other discounted registration types are not eligible for the group rate.  Group rates are not retroactive.

Group rate does not apply to speakers or other discounted registration categories. Please review the instructions below on how to register your group.

Instructions for Group Registration:

  1. Have group members details ready before you start the registration (names, email addresses, dietary restrictions etc.) Each registrant needs to have their own email address.
  2. Click on Register Now.
  3. Select the ITC Attendee registration category.
  4. Enter all necessary information for the first group member. 
  5. On the Cancellation Policy Page (prior to the payment page), go to the bottom of the Registration Summary and click the Add Group Member Here button. 
  6. Enter the information for the next group member. 
  7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each member of your group.
  8. After entering details for the final member, proceed to the Payment Page, where the group discount will be applied. Please note that group rates cannot be applied retroactively. We appreciate your understanding. 

**Only Groups of five (5) or more registering together as ITC Attendee registrants qualify for the group discount. All members must register simultaneously to be eligible.
