The  50th Florida A&M University (FAMU) Annual Entomology Field Day  & Workshop will be held on Wednesday, November 4, and Thursday,  November 5, 2026, at Tallahassee State College. The workshop provides  current information, hands-on training, and continuing education credits  for pest management professionals from Florida and other states. 

As  we celebrate the 50th anniversary of this longstanding event, the  Thursday schedule will be slightly modified to recognize and honor  individuals who have provided many years of dedicated service and  contributed to the continued success of the Field Day and Workshop.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The program will consist of CORE, Public Health, and Fumigation.

Wednesday Classes (November 4) - 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

We will cover CORE, Public Health, and Fumigation.

Thursday Classes - (November 5) - 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
We will cover Lawn and Ornamental, CORE, General Household Pest, and Wood Destroying Organism.

CEUs or RECERTIFICATION

Application for CEU credit in the following Florida categories: Core, GHP, WDO, L&O, Public Health, and Fumigation.  Recertification or Continuing Education credit is requested for Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Contact us concerning other states.
