The ICPA contracted rate for the conference hotel is USD $260.00 per room per night based on single occupancy.

The rate is good until all rooms within our block are sold out and/or October 1, 2026, whichever comes first.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is from 15:00 hrs onwards and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early arrival request is not guarantee; however, reception will try their utmost to have the bedrooms available for early arrival guests.

Late Check-out

Late check-out is subject to availability. Advance notice is required in advance. A late check-out fee may apply

NON-SMOKING LAW

In agreement to LAW OF PROTECTION OF HEALTH OF THE NON-SMOKERS of Mexico City, it is prohibited to smoke inside the Hotel (halls, meeting spaces, guest rooms, lobby and any area of the hotel). According to the law of protection to the health of the non-smokers in the Federal District, it is forbidden to smoke in banquet rooms, meeting rooms or any other closed area in the hotel. If an omission is registered, the guest must pay a fine of USD $100.
