NASCIO Registration Descriptions
You must be a NASCIO member to register for the conference. Onsite registrations will not be accepted. Please contact Lori Rempe for details and membership information.
State/Territory (CIO & 2 Policy Officials)
Registration fees are pre-paid for the State/Territory CIO (or his/her proxy) and two (2) additional state policy leaders as a part of the annual NASCIO membership dues.
State/Territory (Additional Attendee)
States that send four (4) or more representatives to the conference will pay no registration fee for each additional attendee. However, additional attendees will be required to book and pay their own hotel and will not receive travel reimbursement. Once the State/Territory Attendee pre-paid slots are filled, additional state participants should select this as the registration type. **Your position must reside within the state CIO office or be an IT-related position within the executive branch and attendance approved by the State CIO to attend the conference.
Government, Academic & Nonprofit Members
Individuals representing all other government members or Academic and Nonprofit member organizations should select this as their registration type. Attendees that fall under this category receive a registration fee of $895. Local Government, Nonprofit and Academic members may send two (2) paying representatives.
Corporate Members
Each member company may bring a maximum of three (3) paying representatives at $1,495 per person. Sponsoring members are allowed to bring attendees according to the published benefits for each tiered sponsorship level. Please coordinate with the designated primary NASCIO contact from your company before registering for the conference.
State Meet & Greet (included networking session)
Connect with state CIOs and their teams in this fast-paced networking session. Stop by the tables of your choosing to make a quick introduction, schedule a follow-up meeting or check in on an existing project. A chime will ring every three minutes to keep conversations rotating.
Select one networking group. Each group is limited to ~250 corporate participants to improve networking and reduce crowding and noise. Your selection cannot be changed after registration is submitted.
Each group is themed around a set of State CIO Top 10 Priorities. Conversations should start from these themes but may expand to related topics.
Media
Members of the media interested in attending the conference should contact Meredith Ward.
By registering for the NASCIO 2026 Annual Conference, you consent to the Event Data Disclosure Agreement and the Event Participant Code of Conduct.
