On Tuesday evening, we will kick off the conference with a partner reception, with kid's movie night and dinner available during this time. The remainder of the week is packed with impactful content from keynote speakers, home office representatives, and partner firms, each session designed to support your continued pursuit of growth and success.
On Thursday evening, we hope you'll join us for our awards dinner and a night of high-energy entertainment featuring SonicZoo, a powerhouse 70s rock & roll band known for electrifying performances and iconic throwback hits. Get ready for a celebration that matches the spirit of your relentless pursuit: bold, dynamic, and unforgettable.
We’ll close this incredible week with our final event, the Family Dinner on Saturday night. Enjoy a wide range of culinary offerings while the kids dive into exciting activities and games.

What To Look Forward To This Year!
Keynote Speaker | Jimmy Chin
Filmmaker, Photographer, and Professional Mountain Athlete
Jimmy is a leading storyteller of his generation and a world-class professional mountain athlete. He is a National Geographic photographer, Academy Award-winning film director, and New York Times Best Selling author.
He has been a professional climber and skier on The North Face Athlete team for over 20 years. Jimmy's travels have taken him to all seven continents, and he has led and participated in cutting-edge expeditions around globe. Most recently, he partnered with Jim Morrison to film the historic first ski descent of the Hornbein Couloir on Everest.
As a photographer, Jimmy's work has been featured in numerous publications including National Geographic Magazine, The New York Times Magazine, Vanity Fair, Outside Magazine and others. His film, Free Solo, captured the story of Alex Honnold’s historic climb in Yosemite and won an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature.

At the current rate, by 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. At the Summer Development Conference, Raymond James is committed to giving back by providing each attendee with a reusable, sustainably sourced water bottle from Fill it Forward.
Since 2011, Fill it Forward has eliminated more than 8 million single-use bottles, cups, and bags. Throughout the week, our attendees can track the impact we have made. With each bottle, Fill it Forward supports charitable partners specializing in developing clean water infrastructure, nutritious food programs, and reforestation projects that help communities in need.
