Installment Payment Option

We are pleased to offer a flexible installment payment plan.
 

• Payments may be made in $1,000 installments.
• The first payment of $1,000 is due August 1.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by December 15.

 Participants may make additional $1,000 payments at any time between August 1 and December 15 until the balance is paid in full.

Please note that all payments must be received by December 15 to fulfill payment requirements.

Notes about credit card payments:

• When paying by credit card/University P-Card, you only have 20 minutes from the time you enter the registration system until you submit payment. If you are in the system more than 20 minutes, your session will timeout.
• IMPORTANT: Most banks and credit card companies use the additional 4 digits assigned by the post office to zip codes. If your company uses those 4 digits and you are not adding them to your zip code on the payment screen, your payment will be rejected. If you are using those 4 digits and your card is still being rejected, please reach out to nciph@unc.edu.
