Summary - 2026 IFF All Staff Retreat

Colleagues,

It is a great pleasure to welcome you to IFF’s 2026 staff retreat – Purpose Rooted in Community.

Earlier this year when Nakea and I visited each regional office, we received resounding feedback
about how important this time at the retreat is for cultivating a One IFF team. With that in mind,
great intention has gone into creating this purposeful investment of time, space, and resources for
all of you to learn from, hear from, and feel more intentionally connected to changemakers and
the communities they serve.

I encourage you to take full advantage of the opportunities created – to build relationships,
reflect on our mission and vision, listen to inspiring leaders, and learn from colleagues and
partners as we keep pursuing motivating hope. Our new strategic framework declares a bold
vision with high aspirations for IFF’s future, especially during this chapter in our national
history, and I hope this retreat will reinspire and anchor you for the road ahead.
