Quality Office Hours: Sepsis Care

This event will highlight real-world case studies showcasing excellence in sepsis care. Attendees will learn how Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital enhanced its performance in sepsis alert response and timely antibiotic administration. The session also will feature insights from Cass Regional Hospital, recently recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the nation’s top 25 hospitals for SEP-1 performance. Designed in an interactive “office hours” format, the session will conclude with open discussion. During the latter half, quality officers from MHA-member hospitals, along with colleagues from across the state, will answer questions, share experiences and lessons learned, and engage in meaningful dialogue with participants.
