On Wednesday, November 4, experience the bold flavors of Louisiana as 16 of the state's top chefs serve up signature dishes alongside regional cocktails, beer, and wine. The evening will also feature live performances from award-winning Louisiana musicians Wayne Toups and David St. Romain, bringing the spirit of the Bayou to the heart of Chicago’s West Loop. The celebration runs from 7:00–9:30 p.m., with immersive experiences and surprise moments throughout the evening.
