Catalysts don't just talk about connection, they build it, leverage it, and scale it. On November 16, the region’s top leaders will gather in Hays County for the AARO Central Texas Catalyst Summit around the 2026 theme of connection.
As our region continues to grow, this is an opportunity to learn from leaders across our region who are building and leveraging connections across cities, systems, and communities, driving a more aligned, resilient, and competitive future.
Grounded in real Central Texas experiences, the summit will spotlight what’s working, inspire what’s possible, and activate leaders to build the connections our future depends on.
