Join us for the 2026 DSR Technical Training Conference, taking place August 31 – September 3 at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. This annual event brings together DSRs from across the network for several days of technical training, collaboration, and professional development.

Throughout the conference, attendees will hear from product, industry, training, and technical services experts while participating in sessions focused on the latest product updates, engineering enhancements, digital tools, hands-on technical training, and technical service insights. Additional sessions will provide valuable resources and practical knowledge to help you better support our products and customers in the field.

The conference offers a unique opportunity to expand your technical expertise, discover new tools and solutions, and network with peers and subject matter experts from across the industry.

Expense Clarification

Allied Air will cover the following conference expenses:

Welcome Reception (August 31)
Awards Dinner (September 1)
Breakfast during the conference
Lunch during the conference

DSRs may submit co-op claims for the following travel-related expenses:

Airfare
Local transportation
Hotel accommodations (Monday, August 31 – September 3 only)
Incidentals and meals outside of scheduled conference events

Important: Distributors are responsible for any hotel rooms that are reserved but not used due to no-shows or changes to arrival or departure dates that are not updated in the registration system. DSRs who do not attend or fail to update their registration details may incur charges for unused rooms. To avoid penalties, please notify us by August 17 if you are unable to attend.
