IVUS guided aortic workshop

Dr Tessarek will share his experience of using IVUS for guiding endovascular aortic aneurysm repair devices to a small audience of invited physicians.
The course is aimed at physicians who are early in their experience and wish to become more informed about the capabilities of IVUS for this indication or those that are wanting to start using IVUS in EVAR and wish to know the best patients to begin treating. This will be an interactive workshop, and attendees are encouraged to ask questions.
Course objectives
- Recognise the role IVUS plays in reducing radiation and contrast during Aortoiliac Interventions
- Understand the workflow of IVUS during Aortoiliac Interventions and be able to implement this in their own practice
- Engage with faculty and other physician peers to discuss best practices for treating patients with IVUS.
