Tuesday, May 18 - Morning Briefing Session & Evening event w/ Travel Advisors
Wednesday, May 19 - Morning flights to Charlotte, NC & Evening event w/ Travel Advisors
Thursday, May 20 - Partners depart
Participation Cost: $4,000 (8 partners in total)
Cost includes immersive activation, networking, meal during each evening event, opportunity to contribute to event raffle, contact details, & coordination of all mission logistics. Excludes: accommodations, arrival/departure transportation to and from Charlotte and Baltimore & group transfers, meals & beverages outside of the itinerary, incidentals/personal expenses or shipping of collateral from your location to event locations.
