Course Overview

Fluid Scaling Technology (FAST) will disrupt the agile world and the frameworks that are not suited for the more complex (VUCA) times that we are in.

This two-day authorized instructor-led course is geared toward deeply understanding Fluid Scaling Technology (FAST).

The class covers the what, why, and how of FAST, including how to start and avoid common pitfalls.

While the course is structured, it intends to teach people about adaptability. Our experienced trainers follow a loose plan as they chase the value in the content and conversation, allowing learning to emerge naturally.

Insight is the first and only authorized FAST Training partner. Register while space is still available.

Private classes are available. Contact us for details.
