This certificate is earned in two steps, completed in order: 

• Step 1 · Online (choose one date): Live Zoom session on Tuesday, Sept 15 or Monday, Oct 5 
• Step 2 · In-Person: Monday, Oct 12, 8:15–9:15 AM PDT at IMEX America Smart Monday 

You must complete both Step 1 and Step 2 to earn the certificate.
