Registration will begin with the Sponsor information followed by Student Information, Course Selection, and Payment.

 

NOTES:

  1. The Sponsor is the manager or other company representative that is enrolling the student. Students who are self-employed and not affiliated with a particular company should enter their own name here.
  2. If you are registering on behalf of the student's sponsor or manager, please input the Sponsor's information rather than your own. You may enter your email in a "CC email" field on the next page if you need to be copied on registration emails.
  3. When selecting a Registration Type, choose "Sponsor" unless the student is an employee of Sedgwick or their affiliated companies.
