Operation of UPLC/PDA

This module covers the operational parameters of Waters ACQUITY Photo Diode Array (PDA) detector for UPLC.  This module shows how to set the appropriate data acquisition rate and filtering constant for a separation.  There is an explanation and example of using both the Median Baseline Filter (MBF) and the reference compensation function to correct for baseline drift or wander. This module is self paced and contains a knowledge self assessment section.
