Summary: 

Surgical procedures continue to evolve with the advances in technology. Many procedures are moving to minimally invasive and the use of robotic technology. This monthly education will offer the most up-to-date, evidence-based best practices allowing the intraoperative nurse and surgical technician to provide high-quality care in the intraoperative phase of care. 

Outcome:

At the end of each session, the learner will be able to:

• Identify one technique/practice learned to improve care in the intraoperative phase of care.
