Program Overview
Babson College, ranked #1 for entrepreneurship for almost 30 years, has designed a six-week, online professional learning program that equips senior educational leadership teams with the entrepreneurial skills, knowledge, and tools to lead, manage change, innovate, and compete in a changing educational environment. Using an entrepreneurial lens, our program shows senior leaders how to drive strategic innovation, make impactful decisions and give their schools the edge they need to compete and grow by deploying a transformative entrepreneurial school culture.
This professional learning program offers practical, step-by-step guidance that drives innovation and empowers school leadership teams with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to collaboratively design a strategic growth plan that fosters school wide entrepreneurial thinking. By the end of this course, leadership teams will have built a transformative strategic action plan that disrupts traditional, outdated educational models. This plan will allow leadership teams to set their schools apart by creating an innovative entrepreneurial culture that inspires innovative thinking and acting as they prepare students for an unpredictable future.
The course consists of five modules, each packed with valuable expert insight and tools, accompanied by interactive activities and collaborative planning sessions during the synchronous live 2.5-hour sessions held on Zoom. An additional 3 – 5 hours of work is anticipated each week to complete assignments and work on your school’s Strategic Action Plan.
