The summit platform will launch two weeks before the summit for networking and diary planning. Your access continues for one month after the summit to continue networking and rewatch sessions on demand.

*When you register, an account will be created with all the information that you entered. This account will allow you to access the virtual platform to network with other attendees before, during and after the event. Your data will be shared with Rethink Events (a William Reed company) and its digital platform provider in order to deliver this service. Your data will be protected, and not commercialised. You have the right to access your data, and to edit or delete it at any time. Visibility of your details to summit participants:

*Your name, job title, and company will be visible in the participant list on the virtual summit platform (Swapcard) for networking. You can choose to hide your profile, however this will opt you out of all networking. You control what additional details you share, such as your photo, LinkedIn or areas of interest. Your email and phone will only be visible to delegates once you actively connect with them through messages, meetings, or contact exchanges. Sponsors will have early access to the participant list (name, company, job title only) to request bespoke introductions. If you prefer to opt out, let us know. Attending a sponsor’s virtual session or booth will make your name, job title, and company visible to them. You can download a record of your summit activity, including your connections, for follow-up after the event.
