Course Description:
Safety and reliability are crucial and indispensable characteristics of all modes of public transport systems as well as bus and rail. They are the most important ones for ensuring people to use public transport services. Safety management systems, including risk and crisis management, play pivotal roles in preparing staff for emergency situations and defining safety plans and procedures.
