Water activity and pH food product testing is available for home based vendors, entrepreneurs, and other entities needing this analysis.
Please send your samples to the following address after you have paid for your testing:

For each formula being evaluated, please send a sample (at least 100 grams) from three different batches for representative results. For example, a pH measurement of a single formula of mustard would require three samples, each from a different batch. For two different mustard formulas, six samples would be required. If the pH and water activity are being evaluated, duplicates are NOT needed beyond sending three samples per formula as described above.
Please label each sample for organization in reporting. See below for example labeling:

Product analysis will not be conducted until payment is received. Results will be provided via email within 3-4 weeks after product receival.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 12% registration fee + $5 processing fee. NO REFUNDS will be processed after samples have been tested.
