Overview

The award-winning John and Nellie Wooden Institute for Men of Principle is a signature experience for initiated Betas ready to grow as leaders and brothers. Rooted in the Ritual and values of Beta Theta Pi, the Wooden Institute brings together Betas from across North America for a few unforgettable days in Oxford, Ohio, our Fraternity’s birthplace.

Participants sharpen leadership skills through hands-on challenges, explore Beta’s rich history, exchange ideas with brothers and Friends of Beta, and dive into the meaning of the Ritual,. Along the way, they build lasting connections, experience true camaraderie, and see Beta’s principles come to life.

The Wooden Institute is Beta Theta Pi’s hallmark leadership program: transformative, inspiring, and designed to challenge you to think bigger, lead better, and recommit to what it truly means to be a Man of Principle.
