Rebecca Malotke-Meslin is a leadership coach, professional speaker, and the founder of Pleasantly Aggressive Coaching and Consulting. With a background in social research and over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, and school leadership, she brings a strategic and empathetic approach to every engagement. Her workshops and keynotes are engaging and impactful.

For those traveling from the E3n's 2026 Annual Conference (Enroll26), Carpinteria is an estimated three-hour drive from San Diego.
Symposium participants can fly into Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA) (estimated 30-minute drive from Carpinteria) or Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) (estimated 2-hour drive from Carpinteria).

Symposium Cancellation Policy
Symposium cancellations received by September 8, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. After September 8, there are no refunds for cancellations, nor can we apply a payment to a future event. Those who cancel after September 8, even in emergency situations, will forfeit their registration fee. Registrations can be transferred to another employee at your school at no additional cost.
