Roberta Enright
MS, MA
Berta has been an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) since 2023. She has held coaching, training, and supervisory roles for over 20 years in the fields of education, healthcare and addiction/recovery. She holds master’s degrees in industrial relations and teaching. Berta is passionate about helping learners explore MI concepts and skills in depth (with coaching and feedback) to develop their own style of applying MI in relationships and conversations about change and growth. She has delivered MI training to people who work in a diverse range of professions and has presented at state, national, and international conferences. Over the past few years, she has been fortunate to collaborate with other MINT members on various training and coaching projects.
