Welcome to the 2027 World Jersey Conference, New Zealand registration site.
A few things to note before you start:
- Each delegate must complete their own individual registration - registrations cannot be shared.
- All prices are in NZD and include GST
- Payment is by credit card only. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact us before registering.
- Pre and Post touring can also be booked via the registration.
- If you have any questions at any point, use the contact us button at the bottom of the page.
Before you begin please select the registration type that applies to you.
- If you are travelling to New Zealand from overseas you are an International delegate.
- If you are based in New Zealand, please select one of the domestic options.
Registration types:
International Pass
For delegates travelling to New Zealand from outside New Zealand.
Your International Pass includes everything for conference week as highlighted below:
- Includes all days and most dinners 13-18th February 2027.
- On Day Two (14 February) you will need to choose between two activity options. This selection will be made on the next page.
- Pre and Post Touring and optional extras are also available to book at a additional charge.
- Accommodation for conference week will need to be added on during the registration process. Please book for 6 nights - checking in on 13 February and checking out on 19 February.
You can choose from two options:
- Novotel Tainui Hamilton - located at the venue
- ibis Hamilton - a more cost-effective option just across the road with easy access
Domestic Full Conference Pass
- Includes all days and most dinners 13-18th February 2027.
- On Day Two (14 February) you will need to choose between two activity options. This selection will be made on the next page.
- Accommodation: You will need to book this during the registration process.
- Pre and Post Touring and optional extras are also available to book at a additional charge.
Domestic Day Pass
- Attendees are able to purchase days and dinners separately if not wanting to attend the whole conference.
- On Day Two (14 February) you have the option to choose between two activities. This selection will be made on the next page.
- Please note functions do not include transport.
