Join us for our 2026 Missouri Substance Use Prevention Conference. It will be hosted in person at the Wyndham Executive Center in Columbia, Missouri.

The conference hosts more than 400 attendees from across the state each year. During the conference, you will have the opportunity to learn, network, and collaborate.

Matt Bellace

Jeremiah Weinstock

Dr. Bellace has a Ph.D. in clinical neuropsychology, which is the study of the brain and behavior.  He trained at the National Institutes of Mental Health, the traumatic brain and spinal cord units at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and the Drexel University Counseling Center. His programs encourage over a hundred thousand youth and adults per year to pursue natural highs and reduce stress. 

Tyler is a double graduate of Benedictine College with a B.A. in Elementary Education and Special Education in 2012 and a M.A. in School Leadership in 2017. He is currently the District Activities Director at Atchison Public Schools, in Atchison, KS. He has been involved in traffic safety prevention through a MODOT sponsored program called Traction for the last 22 years. The Traction program targets young adults from high schools all over the state of Missouri to engage in the process of safe driving.

Dr. Jeremiah Weinstock is a licensed psychologist and board-certified in addiction psychology. He serves as a Professor of Psychology at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri.  His clinical and research work is dedicated to improving outcomes for individuals struggling with addiction, with a particular emphasis on gambling disorder and utilizing contingency management in the treatment of substance use disorders.
