How will I get a Certificate of Attendance?
NOTE: All certificates (except the KS affidavit) will be issued after the conclusion of the program via email once our CLE team has had an opportunity to verify attendance. As a sponsor of the program, Polsinelli tracks attendance for CLE events and will report attendance to states where sponsors are required to report.
How will I get a Kansas Affidavit?
Attorneys licensed in KS will receive the KS affidavit via email once our CLE team has had an opportunity to verify attendance. You will need to fill it out, sign, date, and return this to the KS CLE Commission to the address located at the top of the affidavit.
Can I leave the Kansas Affidavit with you for submission?
Unfortunately, no. KS attorneys are required to complete, sign, and return to the KS CLE Commission themselves.
Is this program considered “in-house”?
No, this program is open to the public and not considered in-house. Polsinelli has applied for general and ethics credits for different segments of the program.

I am leaving early, what do I need to do?
Please be sure to sign in and out via our iPad station when you leave the program. You will need submit separate entries for signing in and out. This is to ensure our teams can accurately verify your attendance.
I see you did not apply for XYZ jurisdiction. Can you please apply in that state?
Polsinelli provides all necessary information including timed agenda and handout materials to those individuals who would like to apply for CLE credit outside of the jurisdictions Polsinelli has already submitted applications. Please contact cle@polsinelli.com for questions.
