Our Vision

The 21st Century Pedagogy Institute (21CPI) aligns with the Center for Excellence in Transformative Teaching & Learning (CETTL) Vision, which is to empower faculty "to create transformative learning environments and experiences with their students."

21CPI therefore offers UCO faculty numerous opportunities to enhance their teaching for authentic demonstration of teaching effectiveness.

Our Offerings

In pursuit of our Vision, 21CPI supports instructors as they engage with relevant professional development and use feedback on their teaching to improve their courses via the following types of offerings:

Faculty Learning Outcomes (FLOs)

21CPI works with faculty to develop competencies that directly align with Faculty Learning Outcomes (FLOs). These FLOs were developed by the cross-disciplinary 21CPI Advisory Board and are informed by current educational research.
