Event Waiver

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) as a participant in the Social Event at The Funny Bone Comedy Club & Restaurant event (“the event”) organized by the ISACA Central Ohio Chapter (“the Chapter”).
Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release and discharge the Chapter’s organizers, boards, members, employees, agents, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may occur during or as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Alcohol Use:
I understand alcohol may be served and that consumption is voluntary and at my own risk. I agree to drink responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. I release the Chapter, its organizers, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from my or others’ consumption of alcohol at or related to the event.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Chapter, their organizers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation, including those related to alcohol use.
