COURSE DESCRIPTION

This introductory course is ideal of dentists and team members. You will learn the basics of intraoral scanning. During this course you will practice the skills necessary to efficiently produce digital impressions to be used with a CAD/CAM system or for digital submission to a dental lab.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

·        Establish ideal soft tissue management

·        Identify proper crown prep for adequate marking of margins

·        Demonstrate techniques for single crown and full arch scanning

·        Review digital workflows for a variety of applications
