New this year! Group Package Registration is available for schools and districts to purchase multiple registrations at once and assign them to individual invitees later. Please use Group Package Registration for any group of 3 or more attendees that are to be paid by a central payment method. 

**Please note our updated payment policy: ALL registrations will need to be PAID IN FULL by check or credit card in order to receive a conference badge!!!!!**

Purchase orders may be used to hold registrations through October 1; however, payment must be received thereafter. Registrations with outstanding balances after October 19 may be subject to cancellation. 

If you are using a Purchase Order, please submit your Purchase Order to south.registrar@cmcmath.org, then print your invoice and send it with the check as soon as possible.

General Information

  • General Conference Registrations include a daily food voucher towards the purchase of food onsite, unless you purchase a plated luncheon ticket for an additional upgrade cost. The amount of the voucher may not completely cover the cost of a meal, but will cover a good portion of it. 
  • Hotel Blocks will be opened later in the summer, potentially July or early August. Please check back at that time.
