SHIFT, formerly Senior Residents’ Weekend and Advanced Provider Day, is a two-day career-transition experience for senior residents and early-career advanced practice providers navigating the next step in their careers. This is the moment when training ends, and real choices begin, about what kind of career you want to build. SHIFT is designed to give you the dedicated time, access, and information you need to approach your career choices with clarity and confidence.
This is not a traditional recruiting weekend or job fair.
