This program offers a practical framework for uniting Quality, Risk, Compliance, and Operations professionals as one team ready to meet value-based care and payment demands. Success requires more than individual quality measures; it calls for an operating model connecting risk stratification, quality improvement, patient access, care management, and compliance.
