Cancellation/Refund Policy
A 50% refund is available with written notice more than 30 days prior to the convention. No refunds within 30 days, for no-shows, or for transferred registrations.
In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the LAIAA National Board members after the convention has passed.
