The Executive Roundtable Series is a quarterly, virtual, facilitator-led experience designed for manufacturing leaders who want to work through real challenges with peers facing similar pressures.
Each session brings together a small group of executives for structured, candid discussion on the issues that matter most right now, including workforce, retention, operational strategy, and leadership. Guided by an experienced facilitator, the conversation is built to surface practical insights, challenge assumptions, and turn shared experiences into clear next steps.
