Course: Assess: Leadership Potential Certification (Blended Solution)
Sessions:   

• eLearning Application: 13 October 2026 | 9:00am to 12:00pm (Singapore)
• Small Group Feedback Practice: You will select from one of the following small group sessions. Options are:
  • 15 October | 9:00am-12:00pm (Singapore)
  • 16 October | 9:00am-12:00pm (Singapore)

Registration Deadline is 5 October (or when filled, whichever is earlier).

Who should attend?

• Organisational Development or HR business partners - those who influence organisational talent strategy and implementation
• Delegates recommended by HR or OD business to receive the deepest knowledge dive into the Potential Solution
• Designated individuals who will provide coaching using the instrument
• Clients who are involved with the KFAS – The Korn Ferry Assessment Solution/HUB and are expanding to full use of the Talent Management Component of the technology platform.

What is included in the registration fee?

• Course materials and practice with the assessment and report.
• eLearning and support materials including whitepapers and reference guides.

Training Format
The course is conducted in a blended format and includes a mix of eLearning and two live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions. Both components are required to complete the course, and completion of the pre-work portion of the eLearning is required prior to attendance in the live VILT sessions. 

In the VILT sessions, participants will apply what they've learned in facilitated activities and discussion. The training allows for exploration with a Korn Ferry representative, including the opportunity to practice delivering feedback and to ask questions and gain insight from others.

All sessions will be recorded. Portions of the recordings may be used in faculty training resources within Korn Ferry. Recordings will not be distributed to course participants. Registration will be considered consent to be recorded.

*** To be eligible for this course, you must be either attending as a representative of a larger organisation with a KF Assess subscription, OR attending as a consultant/representative of a consulting organisation along with a sponsoring client with a KF Assess subscription, that would like you to be certified for work within their organisation and who is also seeking certification or already has a certified resource internally ***
