MST Empowerment: Effective Agents of Change
Effective agents of change are necessary at all levels to support the young people, families, and communities we serve in MST. Join us for the 2025 MST Network Partner Conference as we come together to reflect, celebrate, and empower the MST Community. This year’s plenary presentations and workshops will offer a variety of opportunities for those in MST leadership roles to continue to grow their skills to be effective agents of change in our fast-paced, ever-changing world.
In our Opening Plenary, MST Services is excited to welcome Ernie Allen, a global expert on child protection, sexual violence, human trafficking, and child abduction. More than 40 years ago child abduction and victimization were largely unrecognized and unreported. Mr. Allen led the effort to create a comprehensive response to the problem and create a national resource center. He was the architect and co-founder of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and served the organization for close to 30 years. To extend the effort globally, he founded the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children and served simultaneously as its President and CEO. He frequently speaks to global audiences on these issues and is an advisor to governments, law enforcement, technology companies, and others. He will be speaking to our MST leaders to enhance our current knowledge base about factors that put our young people and families at risk.
